痕量多巴酚丁胺在碳糊电极上的吸附伏安行为及其痕量测定的研究

Adsorptive Voltammetry Behavior of Trace Dobutamine on Carbon Paste Electrode and Its Determination

摘要: 在0.1mol/L H2SO4底液中,用碳糊电极吸附伏安法测定多巴酚丁胺,阳极峰电位为0.46V(υS.SCE),峰电流与多巴酚丁胺的浓度在3.0×10-9~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.该法检测下限为1.5×10-9mol/L,回收范围为94.00%~102.59%,相对标准偏差为3.1%(n=9).本文还对反应机理进行了初步探讨.

Abstract: Dobutamine is determined by adsorptive voltammetry using a carbon paste electrode in a base solution of 01 mol/L H2SO4. The peak potential of anode is 0.46 V(vs. SCE). There is a good linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of dobutamine in the range of 30×10-9 ~10×10-6 mol/L. The detection limit of the method is 15×10-9 mol/L. The recovery is 94.00%~102.59%, and the relative standard deviation is 3.1%(n =9). The possible reaction mechanism is discussed.
