摘要: 报道了一种多孔球状淀粉接枝共聚物的合成.此球有很强的机械性能、良好的稳定性和较高的致孔率(30%~40%),平均孔径约为19.5nm.以其为载体固定化精化酶活力为1462IU/g干胶,比活为29.31IU/mg蛋白.

Abstract: Porous starch graft copolymers(PSGC) beads were synthesized and their proper-ties were studied. The PSGCbeads prepared have good mechanical properties and high porosity(about 30%-40%), the pore size is about 19. 5 nm. The PSGCbeads are stable in the range of pH3.13 as well as in boiling water. They contain large amount of active groups making them suitable for use as support material for immobilized enzymes.
