铱配合物催化下炔基甲腙异构化反应的研究

Abstract: The isomerization of alkynylformolhydrazone 1a-ecatalyzed by IrH5(i-Pr3P)2complex was studied. The isomerization of substrate 1a,bgives 2E,4E-dienhydrazone 2a,b;but under the same reactive condition,the substrate 1(c-e) is isomerizated to 1Z,3Z-dienazo-compound 3c-e.The 2a,bcan be hydrosized to produce 2E,4E-dienaldehyde.So this is a high stereoselective synthetic approach of 2E,4E-dienaldehyde and 1Z,3Z-dienazo-compound. All the compounds were characterized by means of elementary analysis,IR,1HNMR and MS spectra.
