Abstract: The molecular deposition (MD) film of Bacteriorhodopsin was prepared for the first time.UV-Vis spectra were used to follow the deposition process and a uniform growth process of the MDfilm was proved.We also observed larger BRmolecule gathering body of single layer MD film.Raman spectrum shows that the combination of BR with PyC6BPC6Py does not affect the structure of BR.
