铜-聚四氟乙烯复合电极的研制及应用

Studies on Preparation and Electroanalytical Applications of Cu-PTFE Composite Electrode

摘要: 对铜-聚四氟乙烯复合电极的制作方法进行了研究,对其电分析性能做了考察,用XPS及SEM对电极表面形态进行了表征。实验证明,以5mA/cm2的电流密度镀0.5C所得的复合电极有优良的机械性能和分析性能,将其与裸铜电极相比,前者不仅加宽了电位窗,而且增大了对醇醛糖的恒电位安培法响应。将它做成流动注射分析检测池的柱状工作电极,则背景信号降低,使检出限进一步降低。可检出3×10-6mol/L葡萄糖。本文还对它们的电氧化过程作了探讨。

Abstract: In this paper,the procedure of preparation of Cu-PTFE composite electrode by electroplating was investigated and the electroanalytical properties of alcohol, aldhyde and carbohydrate on Cu-PTFE composite electrode were examined.The results from experiments indicated that the detection limit by constant potential amperometry with Cu-PTFE composite electrode in flow injection analysis was lower(3×10-6 mol/Lfor glucose) and the process of electrode was electrocatalytic oxidation by Cu2O3.
