Abstract: In this paper, the influence of substituent on the addition reaction of substitued aniline to O-ethyl-N-isopropyl(isothiocyano)thiophosphoramidate was studied, the relationship between rate constants and substituent constants is in accordance with Hammett relationship in our research region, and the reaction has been further discussed by means of MNDOcalculation.
