Ni-S油脂氢化催化剂的EXAFS研究

摘要: 用EXAFS法测定了Ni-S油脂氢化催化剂的结构。Ni催化剂被硫中毒生成了Ni3S2,致使由3个Ni原子组成的空穴(3CN)数目减少,这样虽引起该催化剂的活性降低,但却提高了油脂氢化对生成反式油酸酯的选择性。

Abstract: The structure of Ni-Scatalyst used for hydrogenation of oils and fat was studied with Ni-Kedge extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS) speetrophotometry.Tt was found that after the Ni catalyst was poisoned with sulphur, the compound of Ni3S2 was formed, and the 3CNspace of Ni was occupied by S.The addition of sulphur decreased the activity of Ni catalyst, however, it exhibit a high selectivity for the formation of trans-oleate.
