摘要: 本文建立了测定吸毒者尿中吗啡浓度的方法,样品经酸解、醚洗、碱化及溶剂提取后,用MSTFA衍生化,最后用GC/MS(SIM)法分析,以内标法定量。

Abstract: A rapid sensitive method has been developed for the determination of the concentration of morphine in drug addicts'urine by using GC/MScombined with Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) technique.The peak area ratio of morphine to dihydrocodeine(internal standard) is proportional to the concentration of morphine from 10 ng/mLto 1000 ng/mL.The recovery and detection limit are 96.6±1.8(n=4) and 0.5 ng.The method has been used to determine the concentration of drug addicts who were being treated in a hospital.
