摘要: 金属镍催化剂广泛地应用于石油、化肥等工业.八十代初,人们发现稀土氧化物能有效地提高甲烷化镍催化剂性能,并加强了对其添加效应以及作用机理的研究[1,2].但此类报道主要集中于La2O3、CeO2等,而对其它稀土氧化物报道甚少.本文采用XRD、TEM、XPS和TPSR等手段,探讨了添加Sm2O3对甲烷化镍催化剂的作用,并比较了2种浸渍法所产生的结果.

Abstract: In this paper, the effects of adding Sm2O3 on the alumina-supported nickel methana-tion catalysts were investigated by XRD, TEM, XPS and TPSRtechniquesIt was found that the addition of Sm2O3 leads to significant increases both in activities and stabilities, which are more obvious for the catalyst sample prepared by stepwise impregnationThe effects are primarily attributed to the fined and well-distributed crystallite obtained by means of Sm2O3 adding XPS results indicate that Ni2P3/2 binding energies for NiO-Sm2O3/Al2O3 are 1 eVlower than that for NiO/Al2O3. The interaction of Sm2O3 and Ni can improve the activation absorption of carbon oxide.
