N-异丙基-S-丙基-N′-取代-N′-苯磺酰基硫(醇)代磷酰二胺酯类化合物的研究

Studies on N-Isopropyl-S-Propyl-N'-Substituent-N'-Benzenesulfonyl Phosphorothlodiamidoates

摘要: 合成20种新的N-异丙基-S-丙基-N′-取代-N′-苯磺酰基硫(醇)代磷酰二胺酯化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ。合成Ⅰ时,还分离出3种新的环状磷酰二胺酯内酯化合物Ⅲ,经1HNMR、元素分析及MS证明了它们的结构。初步电生理测试表明,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类化合物对果蝇幼虫种经通道具有较好的阻断作用。

Abstract: Twenty new N-isopropyl-S-propyl-N'-substitutent-N '-benzene sulfonyl phospho-rothiodiamidoates Ⅰ,Ⅱ were synthesized; a cyclo phosphorodiamidoates (Ⅲ) formed as the byproduct during the reaction; their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, elemental analysis or MS, the preliminary bioassay shows that these new compounds have a remarkable insecticidal ac-tivitives.
