不同化学微环境PbS超微粒的制备与光谱研究

Preparation of PbS Ultrafine Particles in Different Chemical Micro-Circumstances and Studies on Their Spectra

摘要: 合成了一系列表面化学环境不同的PbS超微粒溶胶,用紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱对其光学性质进行了研究.实验发现,在室温下可观察到有明显的量子尺寸效应,吸收谱、发射谱及激发谱有分立峰结构;表面化学环境对超微粒的光学性质影响很大,表面包覆AOT的PbS超徽粒在1.1μm处有宽的红外发光带,而包覆DBS时则观察不到红外发光.

Abstract: In this paper we report the preparation of PbS UFP(ultrafine particles)in different surficial chemistry circumstances and the study of their adsorption spectra and their emission and excitation spectra.At room temperature,the quantum size effect,especially,the separated peak structrues of the spectra were observed.The result indicates that the surficial chemistry micro-circumstances greatly influence the optical properties of the ultrafine particles.The PbS UFPmodified by a layer of AOT moiecule has an infrared luminescent band at 1.1 urn and for the PbS UFP modified by a layer of DBS molecule the infrared luminescent band was not observed.
