光谱电化学研究(Ⅲ)--己烯雌酚在光透薄层电极上的氧化反应及其产物的重排

摘要: 己烯雌酚(DES)是一种人工合成的非甾类雌激素,药理病理研究表明有致癌作用,这与它在体内代谢过程中产生很活泼的中间体4,4′-己烯雌醌(DESQ)有关,DESQ在水和甲醇中重排生成双烯雌酚Z,Z-DIES,也是DES在体内外氧化代谢的主要产物,故这方面的研究已受到人们重视,本文研究了在二茂铁催化下,使DES在光透薄层金网电极上氧化成DESQ,并重排成Z,Z-DIES,用单电位跃-计时吸收光谱法测得其重排反应的速率常数。

Abstract: In methanol-Britton Robinson Buffer-sodium chloride solution and in the presence of ferro-cence as a catalyst, the electrochemical oxidation of diethylstilbestrol was investigated by the thin layer spectroelectrochemical method at an optical gold minigrid electrode. It is found that diethylstilbestrol is electrooxidized to 4,4'-diethylstilbestrol quinone, then the latter rearranges to Z,Z-dienestrol. The rearrangement rate constant over the range of pH from 6 to 8 was measured by single potential-step chronoabsorptometry.
