摘要: 本文提出了Cu(Ⅱ)-L-肾上腺素的极谱配位吸附波,在pH为6.9的B.R.缓冲溶液中.该波的峰电位为-0.246V(vs.SCE).对极谱波电流、电位性质和电极反应机理进行了研究,测定了电极反应速率常数(ks)、转移系数(α)、配合物的组成及其表观稳定常数和化学反应速率常数。

Abstract: In this paper, the adsorptive-complex wave of Cu(Ⅱ)-L-adrenaline is proposed. In the supporting electrolyte of B. R. buffer solution at pH = 6. 90, the peak potential of the wave is about-0. 246 V(us. SCE). The behaviour of current-potential curve and the machanism of electrode reaction were studied. The rate constant of the electrode reaction (ks), transfer coefficient (α), and the composition, apparent stability constant, dissociation constant of the complex were determined.
