摘要: 大量研究表明,控制气氛(Ar)放电可减弱连续光谱的发射;消除CN带,使该带覆盖的区域可以利用;有效地抑制CO、OH、SiO、BO、AIO等分子光谱的形成和降低试样组成及结构变化所引起的基体效应及有利于难激发元素的激发。

Abstract: In this paper the investigation of the influence of the discharge medium (Ar-N2, Ar-O2) and their ratio on the line intensities of rare earth elements, spectral background, the evaporation rate of rare earths, the evaporation rate of sample, and excitation temperature was carried out by experimental method; The adequate conclusions are presented.
