碲(Ⅳ)-碘化钾-罗丹明-B-聚乙烯醇体系高灵敏显色反应的研究

摘要: 基于在聚乙烯醇存在下[Tel8]4-络阴离子与罗丹明B形成离子缔合络合物,发展了1个高灵敏分光光度测定碲的方法。显色反应的适宜介质是0.64~1.28mol/L的磷酸溶液。用平衡移动法和连续变化法确定离子缔合物的组成是(RhB)4·[TeI8]。此反应具有非常高的灵敏度,摩尔吸光系数ε600=1.65×106L·mol-1·cm-1。方法有较好的选择性,可用于钢铁、硫磺及某些其它样品中痕量碲的分光光度测定。

Abstract: On the basis of [TeI8]4- anion reacting with Rhodamine Bin the presence of polyvinyl alcohol to form ion-association complex, a highly sensitive spectroph otometric method was developed for determination of tellurium. The optimum medium of the colour reacion is a 0.64~1.28mol/Lphosphoric acid .solution. The complex has the composition [RhB]4[TeI8] established by the equilibrium shift and Job's method of continuous variations. The reation has a very high sensetivity, its molar absorptivity is 1.65×106 L·mol-1. cm-1 at 600nm. The selectivity of this method is fairly good and can be applied for the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of tellurium in steel, sulfur and some other samples.
