摘要/Abstract

摘要： 将银片(或碳棒、铂片等)依次浸入Na-TPB及AgNO₃溶液中,得到用于示波电位滴定的Ag-TPB电极。在这种电极上进行双电位滴定。并用示波器直接指示⊿E的变化,确定滴定终点。方法简便灵敏,且可用于药物分析。

Abstract: Silver tetraphenylborate(Ag-TPB) electrodes were prepared by successive soaking of silver plate (or graphite rod or platinum plate) in separate 0.05 rnol/Laqueous-solutions of Na-TPBand AgNO₃ for 0.5 hour.The plate or rod was then-washed thoroughly with distilled water untill free from silver ions. Such electrodes can be-used as indicator electrodes for bipotentiometric titration of Na-TPB with AgNO₃. The sudden change of potential difference(AE) between two indicator electrodes at the end point was observed with an oscillograph. The method has remarkable advantages over the ordinary bipotentiometric method and can be used in medicine analysis.
