摘要: 双酚-A型环氧树脂由其优异的力学和粘结性能而获得广泛应用,但它存在着耐热性较差的弱点,用双酚-S改性环氧树脂虽已有报道,但产物的分子量较低,我们曾用相转移催化法合成了高分子量的聚羟基醚和聚羟基醚砜,在此基础上,我们用相转移催化法合成了高分子量的双酚-S改性环氧树脂.它与双酚-A型树脂相比,熔点和热裂解温度均提高40℃以上。

Abstract: The high molecular weight epoxy resin has been synthesised under phase transfer catalysis. The method involves the reaction of bisphenol-Aand bisphe-nol-Swith epichlohydrin in aqueous alkali-dioxane system, at reflux temperature, using polyoxyethene as a phase transfer catalyst. The reactivity ratio of monomers and some reaction conditions were investigated in this paper.
