卟啉化合物的电催化行为(Ⅵ)--在经热处理的载于石墨上的四对甲氧基苯基卟啉钴电极上半胱氨酸氧化反应的动力学研究

The Electrocatalysis of Metalloporphyrins(Ⅵ)--Kinetic Study of Cysteine Oxidation on Heat-treated Cobalt Tetramethoxyphenyl Porphyrin Adsorbed on Graphite

摘要: 应用软嵌式薄层催化剂制备的带环的旋转圆盘电极技术和循环伏安法,研宽了经热处理的载于石墨粉上的四对甲氧基泰基卟啉钴(Co-TMPP/石墨)在不同pH值溶液中对半胱氨酸(RSH)氧化反应的电催化行为。实验结果表明,在不同pH值溶液中Co-TMPP/石墨对RSH氧化成RSSR反应均有明显催化作用。该反应为不可逆的简单电荷递传反应,其电流效率在碱性介质中达90%以上。讨论了该反应的反应机理。

Abstract: The methods of RRDE and cyclic voltammetry have been used to study the oxidation of cysteine on heat-treated cobalt tetramethoxyphenyl porphyrin adsorbed on graphic (Co-TMPP/graphine); Experimental results show that Co-TMPP/graph-ite exhibits signigicant catalytic activity for cysteine oxidation in solutions of different pHvhues. The current efficiency of the cysteine oxidation on Co-TMPP/graph-ite is more than 90%. Cysteine oxidation is a simple charge transfer irreversible reaction on Co-TMPP/graphiic. The standard rate constants (k°) of the cysteine oxiJation were calculated and the reac:ion mechanism of cysteinc oxida-tion were discussed in solutions of various pH.
