新的取代苯并冠醚和酮醚型双冠醚的合成

摘要： 以多聚磷酸(PPA)为催化剂和反应溶剂,合成了卤代乙酰型取代苯并冠醚A-C和茚满酮型取代苯并冠醚D-F,以合成的Ⅱ为原料,邻苯二酚为桥联前体,合成了酮醚型双冠醚G。七种合成产物由IR,MS,13CNMR和元素分析鉴定结构。

Abstract: The condensation reaction of benzo-15-crown-5 with haloacetic acids in poly-phosphoric acid gave A, Band C. Compounds D, Eand Fwere obtained from benzo-15-crown-5 and unsaturated acids with polyphosphoric acid as catalyst in one step, Biscrown of keto-ether type Gwas prepared from Band catechol in (CH3)2CO and in the persence of K2CO3The seven products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, mass spectrometry, and 13CNMR.
