摘要: 环氧酸酯缩合作用通常在无水条件下进行[1],不能在应用氢氧化钠水溶液的相转移催化条件下进行。因为卤代酸酯在此情况下发生水解。M.Makosza在无水碳酸钾和18-冠醚-6的两相体系中合成了2-苯基环氧酸乙酯,b.p.99-109℃/0.5mmHg产率72%[2]

Abstract: The Darzens glycidic ester condensation of aldehydes can be carried out in moderate yield under solid-liquid phase transfer condition with potassium carbonate as base, toluene as solvent and polyethylene glycol-600 as phase transfer catalyst. The yield of aromatic glycidic ester is 50-77%.
