摘要： 对氯苯基-烷基酮与α溴代丙酸乙酯或α溴代正丁酸乙酯进行Reformatsky反应,反应产物在碘催化下脱水,大多数情况下仅得到β,γ-不饱和酸的衍生物,它们在第三丁醇钾催化下,用二甲基亚砜作溶剂,可以重排为N-(α,β-双烷基-4-氟桂皮酰基)另丁胺类化合物。

Abstract: In this paper the synthesis of the N- ( α, β-dialkyl-4-chlorocinnamyl)-src-butylaminc derivatives was reported. The products of Rcformatsky reactions of p-chlorophenyl-alkyl ketones with ethyl α-bromopropylacetate or ethyl α-bromobutyl-acetate were dehydrated in the preserco of iodine. In most cases, the derivatives of β,γ-unsaturated acids were only. With potassium tcrtiarybutylalcohol as catalyst and DMSOas solvent, they can rearrange to N- (α ,β-dialkyl-4-chlorocinnamyl)-sec-butylamine derivatives.
