摘要: 关于某些参数对原子吸收喷雾速率的影响,通常应用流体力学的Poiseuille公式(Q1=πR4ΔP/3ηL)来描述。但是目前的文献对公式中ΔP的解释尚欠具体和统一。诸如压力[1]、有效压力差[2]、引起液体流动的压力[3]、溶液对毛细管内壁的有效压力等,这些解释都没有明确而具体地反映原子吸收雾化过程的实际情况。目前更无深入研究ΔP对喷雾速率Q1影响的报导。

Abstract: According to fundamentals of hydrokinetics and specific conditions of aspiration process, this paper describes the following Poiseuille equation for AAS: QL=π·R4(Pn-ρgh-Pσ)/8ηL The effects of negative pressure at the spray nozzel (Pn), relative height of solution surface (h), capillary length(L), solution viscosity(η) and additive pressure caused by solution surface tension (Pσ) on aspiration rate (Qi) were quantitatively and experimentally examined. The experimental results are in agreement with theoretical analysis, ' The agreement indicates that the Poiseuille Equation for AASis reasonable.
