摘要： 本文报告了稀土过磷酸盐TbP5O14的精细荧光光谱和红外吸收光谱,并据此解析出了5D4和7FJ的Stark能级结构。

Abstract: in this paper the fine fluorescence and infrared absorption spectra of TbP5O14 are reported and the fine structure energy levels arc determined.
