摘要： 本文报告了42个新的N-苯基硫代膦酰基氨基酸及氨基乙酸乙酯衍生物的制备;改进了N-膦酰基氨基酸酯衍生物的制备方法;对衍生物的生物活性以及某些衍生物在酸碱水溶液中的稳定性进行了初步探讨。

Abstract: Forty-two new organic phosphorus compounds have been prepared. In the synthesis of derivatives Ⅱ and Ⅲ, a simplified procedure has been used by the modification of the methods reported in literature. The by-product with the formulas phP(S)(NHCH₂COOC₂H₅)₂ and phP(S)(OR)₂(R = ο-NO₂C₆H₄, 2-NO₂-4,5-(CH₃)₂C₆H₂, 2,4,5-Cl₃C₆H₂) have been isolated from the react mixture of some of derivatives Ⅱ. The preliminary tests for the biological activities of derivatives Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ and the stability of derivatives Ⅱ in alkaline and acidic solutions have been carried out.
