某些乙烯基磷酸酯类杀虫剂几何异构体的研究(Ⅲ)——O,O-二乙基-O-(1-甲基-2-乙氧甲酰基)乙烯基硫代磷酸酯的Z体向E体的异构化

Study of Geometric Isomers of Some Vinylphosphate Insecticides (Ⅲ)—Isomerization of (Z)-to (E)-Isomer of O,O-Diethyl-O-(1-Ethoxycarbonyl-1-Propen-2-yl) Thiophosphate

摘要: 我们已经对某些乙烯基磷酸酯几何异构体的立体专一性合成方法作了报导,本文将讨论借助于异构化反应将低生物活性的异构体转变为高活性体的方法。含碳—碳双键有机化合物的几何异构化一般是通过热、光和催化剂来实现的,在酸性条件下的异构化法近年来有不少报导。我们在对O,O-二乙基-O-(1-甲基,2-乙氧甲酰基)乙烯基硫代磷酸酯进行豆蚜测定时发现E体的毒力指数为Z体的18倍之多,故Z体向E体的异构化是个值得探讨的问题。

Abstract: The isomerization of O, O-diethyl-O-(1-ethoxycarbonyl-1-propen-2-yl)thiopho-sphate (I) has been studied. The Zisomer of (I) was converted into mixtures with higher E/Zratio by treatment with p-toluenesulfonic acid, borontrifluoride and acidic ion exchange esin. The E-isomer is insecticidally more active than the corresponding Z-isomer.
