用热分析方法研究WO3和MeCO3固相反应的化学行为

摘要: 本文应用MOM型-Derivatograph热分析仪研究了WO3与Me2CO3(Me=Li,Na,K,Rb,Cs)系列的固相反应.由TG和DTA二曲线指示了反应变化的全过程.对热分析的TG曲线,以Coats-Redfern计算方法处理,求取反应活化能(E),反应级数(n),频率因子(A)和速度常数(K)等动力学参数.此外,用Kissinger方法算得Na2CO3与WO3系统的E值(372.0千焦/摩尔)与Coats-Redfern方法计算的E值(347.8千焦/摩尔)相接近.

Abstract: The reaction of WO3 and Me3CO (Me = Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs) series in solid phase has been studied by using the MOMtype-Derivatograph.The chemical behavior of reaction process was indicated by TGand DTAcurves.The kinetic parameters, activation energy (E), reaction order (n), frequency factor (A) and reaction velocity constant (K) were evaluated by treating TGcurves with Coats-Redfern method.For the system of WO3+Na2CO3, the Evalue calculated by Coats-Redfern method (347.8 KJ/mol) is consistent with the value (372.9 KJ/mol) obtained by Kissinger method.
