摘要： 文献报导[1],1-芳基-2,5-二甲基3-醛基吡咯和3-亚氩烃甲基吡咯,具有降血压效应。我们曾报导1-芳基-2-甲基-3-乙酰基-5-对氯苯基吡咯和1-芳基-2-甲基-3-乙酰基-5-间硝基吡咯化合物。1-取代-2,5-二苯基吡咯具有止痛作用。

Abstract: Dibenzoylmcthanc was treated with ω-bromoacetophenone to give 1,4-diphenyl -2-benzoyl-1,4-butandionc(1). Eight new 1-aryl-2,5-diphenyl-3-benzoyl pyrroles (2)-(9) were obtained by reactions of (1) with various primary aromatic amines. Semicarbazoncs (10)-(17) were prepared form (2)-(9). Compounds from (1)-(17) were reported for the first time.
