人参花蕾中四环三萜皂甙的化学研究

摘要: 近年来,寻找人参(Panaxginseng C. A. Meyer)的主要有效成分皂甙类物质的研究十分活跃[1,2].我们曾报道人参花蕾中含有大量的人参皂甙[3],本文从中分离出两种四环三萜皂甙,通过测定它们的物理常数、制备衍生物、进行光谱分析并与已知化合物直接对照,鉴定了它们的化学结构分别为(1)人参皂甙Rb2(ginsenoside-Rb2)和(2)20-葡萄糖-人参皂甙Rf(20-glucoginsenoside-Rf).后者从人参花蕾中分离鉴定未见报道.

Abstract: Two tetracyclic triterpenic saponins, FC1 and FD3, were isolated from the flower-buds of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer produced in Jilin province of China. The chemical structures of FC1 and FD3 were established as ginsenoside-Rb2 and 20-glucoginsenoside-Rf, respectively, by means of IRspectra, mass spectra and nuclear magnetic resonace, as well as chemical evidence.
