摘要: 血清铁(SI)和总铁结合力(TIBC)是临床上了解铁代谢的常用指标.SI降低和TIBC升高是诊断缺铁的重要根据.过去广泛采用的光电比色法和火焰原子吸收法的缺点是用血量大.因此,在儿科的应用受到限制.挽近Olsen等[1]和Yeh等[2]采用超微量血清样品及三氯醋酸(TCA)沉淀蛋白以排除溶血干扰的方法,但该法在用电热原子吸收法测定时,易出现样品飞溅现象,致使测定结果重现性差.

Abstract: An electrothermal ZAAS ultramicro method is described for determining serum iron (SI) and total iron binding capacity (TIBC) in 40μl of serum after pretreatment with trichloroacetic acid for elimination of the interference from hemolysis.The results of SIand TIBCobtained by the ultramicro method agree with those by conventional flame FAAS.This method is convenient and accurate, and can be adopted to routine analysis in pediatrics clinic laboratories for large scale surveying of iron deficiency anemia of children.
