直接法合成NH4ZSM-5沸石分子筛的研究

摘要: 七十年代初期美国Mobil公司开发的ZSM-5沸石,近年来在石油化工催化领域得到广泛应用,引起人们日益重视。在合成中除硅源铝源外,还需一定量有机胺,才能晶化得到ZSM—5[1-2]。李赫咺等[3]在NaOH体系中不用有机胺类、醇类及其它有机试剂和含氮化合物,直接合成出了NaZSM-5。王清遐、蔡光宇等[4]在NaOH、NH3、H2O混合碱体系中也制得了NaZSM-5。但为了除去产物中对催化反应有害的钠离子,必须进行离子交换除钠,从而制得HZSM-5或NH4ZSM-5,将后者加热可得HZSM-5,这样使得制备工艺复杂。

Abstract: The zeolite NH4ZSM-5 has been directly synthesized in the system of (NH4)2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2Ousing "directing-agent".No alcohol, amine or other nitrogen containing compounds were used. The X-Ray diffraction pattern, TGAand DTApattern and infrared spectrum of it have been studied.
