微量碲的萃取新光度法

摘要: 对于以生成离子缔合物测碲的光度法曾有所报导[1-3]。我们研究发现在磷酸介质中,碲碘络阴离子能与孔雀绿(MG)形成可被苯萃取的离子缔合物。其λ最大=635nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.37×105,较文献[1—3]报导各法的ε值更高。并确定其络合比为Te(Ⅳ):Ⅰ-:MG=1:6:2。我们还试验了一些常见阴、阳离子的干扰情况,并提出一种灵敏度较高的测碲萃取光度法。

Abstract: In the present work, the reaction of tellurium(Ⅳ)with malachite green has been investigated. In phosphoric acid solution, Te (Ⅳ) forms ionic associates with KIand malachite green. This complex can be extracted into benzene.The maximum absorbance of the complex is at 635nm. Its molar absorption coefficient is 2.37×105. The mole ratio of tellurium, iodide and malachite green is 1:6:2. The amounts of tellurium in the range 0-6μg per 10ml.of benzene follow Beer's Law. The procedure is simple, rapid and sensitive. The results are satisfactory for the microdetermination of tellurium in alloys.
