Abstract: Ageneral synthetic approach to 2, 3-unsaturated glycosides connecting with nucle-osides (uridine, adenosine and inosine) resulting from ferrier rearrangement of glycal was discussed.The new compounds were identified by NMRand MS(HRFAB).
