Abstract: Aminor alkaloid was isolated from the extract of Ephedtra herbs. It has been identified as O-bcnzoyl-L(+)-pscudoephcdrinc(Ⅳ) by spectral analysis of IR,PMR, MSand synthetic authentic sample.
