Abstract: Forty-two new organic phosphorus compounds have been prepared. In the synthesis of derivatives Ⅱ and Ⅲ, a simplified procedure has been used by the modification of the methods reported in literature. The by-product with the formulas phP(S)(NHCH2COOC2H5)2 and phP(S)(OR)2(R = ο-NO2C6H4, 2-NO2-4,5-(CH3)2C6H2, 2,4,5-Cl3C6H2) have been isolated from the react mixture of some of derivatives Ⅱ. The preliminary tests for the biological activities of derivatives Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ and the stability of derivatives Ⅱ in alkaline and acidic solutions have been carried out.
