Abstract: The effects of 2-aminobenzoimidazole(BIMNH2), NaOEt, LiCl on the absorption spectra and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra are studied. The experimental results indicate that a samll amount of adsorbed molecules, NaOEt, LiCl can influence the aggregation of silver organosols, and the absorption spectra and SERSspectra.Additionally, Cl- forms surface complex compound with Ag, BIMNH2, as a result, the SERSspectra are enhanced. The effect of solvent on SERS spectra are initially studied.
