Abstract:

Based on the Non-equilibrium thermodynamic separation theory(NTST),we compartmentalized the whole solute zone to many micro cells, and we used recursion equations defined by Lagrangian description to investigate the asymmetry phenomena of solute zones in microfluidic-tube.We investigated the effects of non-linear adsorption and the distortion of solute distributions in transforming from the spatial to the temporal distribution. The results of investigating are same as obtained via the differential equations.
