Structrue of Liljestrandisine——a New C₁₉-Diterpenoid Alkaloid from Aconitum liljestrandii

Abstract

Abstract: Silica gel chromatography was adopted during the further study on the roots of Aconitum liljestrandii Hand Mazz and led to isolating a new C₁₉ dierpenoid alkaloid liljestrandisine(1). Its structure was established on the basis of spectral methods 2D NMR( ¹H ¹H COSY, HMQC, HMBC). Liljestrandisine was the second naturally occurring aconitine type diterpenoid alkaloid with an 16 α OH.
