Abstract: A new algorithm is suggested to calculate the molecular surface area.The statistics method of random variable is introduced to the calculation system for the first time, which can be used to calculate molecular surface area of molecular conformation in any case.The result shows that this algorithm has the same accuracy as the others.Besides, the method possesses the advantage of simplicity and directness and quick-speed.
