Spectroscopy Study on the Photochromism of N,N'-Bis(salicylidene)-1,6-hexanediamine

Abstract: The photochromism of N,N' bis(salicylidene)-1,6-hexanediamine was studied by steady state and time-dependent fluorescence spectra, UV-Vis absorption spectra and FTIRmeasurement. The photo product was determined to be the keto form.
