Abstract: An idea for designing new catalyst for hydrogen elimination from CO2 feed gas in urea synthesis was suggested. The excellent catalyst with a high activity for H2-O2 and CO-O2 reaction, good resistance to sulfur poisoning and good performance for energy saving was designed and prepared. This catalyst is superior to other industrial catalysts in catalytic activity and can offer resistance to sulfur poisoning and shows a continuously increasing and more extensive application prospects.

Key words: Catalytic elimination of hydrogen, Resistance to sulfur poisoning, Urea synthesis
