Abstract:

With the development of modern biology and medical science,we have had enough evidence to prove some kinds of trace element(TE) have vital effect on the human body's physiology function, metabolism, heredity and so on. And the effect can directly relate to people's daily food. This paper determined copper, zinc, and manganese levels in cereal of the different incidence areas of the Esophagus cancer by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. In order to probe into the interrelation between TE and the esophagus cancer, the analytical results had been statistically done and listed in Table.
