Abstract:

It has been particularly useful to measure certain components of complement in clinical diagnosis as indicators of disease activity. Established immunoassay techniques such as radio immunoassay, fluoroimmunoassay and enzyme immunoassay are widely used but suffer from disadvantages including complex, time-consuming procedures and potentially hazardous or expensive materials. In this paper,we developed a highly sensitive piezoimmunosensor for the detection of human complement C1q.
