Abstract:

The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry (TDFS) of a fluorescent compound can be obtained by three methods, (1) by gathering many excitation (or emission) spectrum datum of fluorescence,(2) by mathematics simulation method (MSM), (3) by numerical orthogonal computing method (NOCM).
