Abstract:

In general, the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry (TDFS) of fluorescent compounds is obtained by gathering many excitation spectrum datum (or many emission spectrum datum) of fluorescence. This gathering process requires a precision fluorescence spectrophotometer and expends both time and labor. The mathematics simulation method for TDFS had been studied.
