Abstract:

A many efforts have been made to take advantage of the chemiluminesce of lucigenin and acridine derivatives, especially for analytical purposes. Aryl acridinium esters have been used as labels for the immunoassay of both large and small molecules. Lucigenin is more stable and higher quantum yield than acridinium ester, but it has not been used as labels in immunoassay and DNA probes, because it dose not have a label moiety group, so for.
