Abstract:

A RD-HPLC method of determination of three carbamate residues in peanuts was established. Sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, separated by acetonitrile, then the oil was removed by petroleum ether, the proteins were precipitated by alcohol-water(4+l). The treated Sample was analyzed in a Radil-pak C₁₈ Column with a mobile phase of methanol-water (55+45),the RSD, recovery, and detection limit in this method are obtained, 0.18%, 85% and 0.2mg/L, respectively. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been applied for routine analysis of carbamate residues of Sevin,Carbendazim and Diuron.
