Abstract: Bicyclophosphitication of saccharide was used for synthesis of optically active organic phosphor compounds widely. The sugars contained phosphite ring are the inductor in stereochemistry. The nucleophilic subsitution on tetrahedron-phosphor atom is provided with specific stereo-direction. These compounds, with highly stereoselectivity, and can be used as the highly selectivity reagent for organic reactions.
