Studies on Bio-rational Design of Photosystem Ⅱ Inhibitors(Ⅲ),——Comparative Molecular Field Analysis of 3-(4-Chlorobenzylamino)-2-cyano-3-alkylacrylate Inhibitors

Abstract: Comparative molecular field analysis of 3-(4-cholorbenzylamino)-2-cyano 3-alkyl-acrylate inhibitors was studied. It was found that the side chain of ester might be a Hbond binding area, and the stereo character of 3-alkyl is important for bioactivity of compounds.
