Abstract: The stability of a kind of polymer:dye complex film was studied by using fluorescent spectra and UV-Vis spectra. The fluorescent intensity of the complex film hardlychanges in vacuum and reduces obviously in the air.It concluded that the dye in the excitedstate could be easy to react with the oxygen in the air,so as to produce the single-state oxygen and lose its lighting property seriously. And it was important to seal the device in orderto cut off from the oxygen during the fabrication and application.
