Abstract: By using agarose gel electrophoresis technique, DNAcleaving activities of two organometallic complexes, FcT (ferricenium trichloroacetate, bis (trichloroacetic acid) solvate) and TDC(titanocene dichloride), were tested in this paper. The results show that FcTcan cause a single strand cleavage of pBR322 DNA, but TDC can't do under the same condition.
